Our Managing Partner and Head of Litigation Practice, Mr Nguyen Manh Dzung, has in-depth knowledge of commercial litigation, with an emphasis on shipping disputes. Starting in 1993 as a legal consultant in a Vietnamese international shipping law firm, Mr Dzung has since built a growing reputation as a professional barrister specializing in shipping disputes before Vietnamese Courts. He also has extensive knowledge on litigation in many foreign jurisdictions, for example England, Hong Kong, Singapore and France.
